Five-star hotels, boutique properties, resorts, restaurants, serviced apartments, distributors and hospitality supply companies — each with different standards and price targets. Tell us your star rating and budget, and we will recommend the right specification instead of the most expensive one.

Quality Control

We would rather describe what we actually do than display a logo we have not earned. Quality is controlled in four documented stages, and the results are recorded so your procurement or QA team can review them against each order.

Incoming material checks

Fabric weight, thread count, bottle wall thickness, paperboard and print colour are checked against the approved specification before production starts.

In-line inspection

Print registration, logo position, filling volume, sealing strength and packing count are checked on the line throughout the run.

Pre-shipment inspection

AQL sampling on finished cartons — workmanship, quantity, labels, barcodes and carton marks — with photos and a written report sent before shipment.

Third-party testing on request

If your market or hotel group requires it, we send samples to a recognised laboratory (SGS, Intertek, BV) and share the report with your purchase order.

We do not hold ISO 9001, FSC or social-audit (BSCI / Sedex) certification at present. If your tender requires one of these, tell us at the enquiry stage — we will say honestly whether we can meet it, and we can complete your supplier questionnaire and provide the product documents, MSDS and test reports we do have.
